CHARDONNAY: Open faced melon, butter and tropical fruit aromas. Soft and round on entry with peach and citrus rind on the finish. Oak subtly infused on background.
MERLOT: Soft, approachable now with nice length and swirling plum flavors. Light oak treatment with subtle attack and rounded tannins. Attractively plump… chocolate-licked super sweet plums/cherries. Irresistible!!

SHIRAZ : Velvety smooth this well priced exceptional quality Shiraz shows great varietal character.

CABERNET-MERLOT: A fresh, full fruit palate of blackberries, spicy notes and subtle chocolate oak. This wine has lovely structure and finishes long.

SHIRAZ-CABERNET: A generous palate with spicy notes and concentrated plum fruit flavors. A well-balanced wine with soft tannins and subtle yet sweet cedar-like oak. Food friendly wine an excellent match for spicy dishes.

PETITE SYRAH: Intense purple in color; abundant ripe fruit aromas combined with compelling mocha and crushed vanilla beans and hints of clove. A succulent, persistent finish displaying a powerful long palate balanced by lashings of mocha-oak and supportive tannins.
Windy Peak Range

CHARDONNAY: Brilliant gold with green tinges, the nose is filled with rich rock melon and fig. Creamy barrel ferment characters offset a bouquet of cashews, white peaches and ripe fruit. Frequent re-suspension of yeast in the barrel results in added mouth feel and overall balance.
CABERNET-SHIRAZ-MERLOT: Deep red with good purple hues this wine exudes rich complex fragrant fruit aroma with macerated pommace like fruit characters. The full palate is enhanced by complex tannins and supple earthy fruit flavors. A melding of the three grapes in perfect harmony - 65% Cab, 25% Shiraz & 10% Merlot. Blockbuster wine for those who want BIG! Awards to date: 2 Gold and 2 Bronze medals.

PINOT NOIR: A lively full bodied example of the varietal from Australia’s only dedicated Pinot Noir wine-maker. The palate is full and rich with strong strawberry- spice flavors and hints of maceration and beautifully balanced by silky soft tannins.
[Wine-maker’s comments: A combination of wine-making techniques is used to produce a final blend with complexity and balance. These include cold maceration before fermentation, inclusion of stalks and whole bunches, hot fermentation (28-32’ C) and barrel fermentation].

SHIRAZ : Deep red with purple hues and a fruit – spice aroma this wine displays a vibrant palate of spicy fruit with pepper overtones and layers of young fruit flavor. Tannins are integrated with subtle use of oak resulting in a wine that is complex with excellent texture, softness and length.

SANGIOVESSE: Dark red with violet hues, a complex fruit aroma with cherry-raisin characters. Vibrant palate with strong earthy flavors and hints of maceration, well integrated with dry tannins. A soft velvety texture with good balance and a lingering finish.

RIESLING: Light straw in color and a clean fragrant floral aroma with citrus overtones. Intense fruit flavor with delicacy, freshness and fine acid balance.

BRUT PRESTIGE: Soft blush pink in color – a delicate sparkling wine with fragrant cherry-like tones finely balanced with yeast autolysis. Palate offers soft biscuity characters combined with elegant fruit flavors - ideal with an aperitif or by itself.
