Reds

Gary & Kathy Jordan - South Africa ’s first husband-and-wife winemakingteam. July 2004: Jordan 's maiden vintage release of 2003 Syrah.

Syrah: Rhone-style Syrah, Dense, rich, black-fruited flavours. White pepper and spice laced with dark chocolate and fynbos. Barrel maturation adds toasty nuances to the richly textured structure.
Merlot: Mature vineyards yield opulent fruit with plum, rich blackberry and mocha flavours. Framed by generously rounded tannins and spiciness from maturation in French oak, this wine is seductive from start to finish.

Cabernet Sauvignon: Deep ruby colour, huge mouth-filling flavours of blackberry, cassis and vanilla. French oak barrels add a complex toastiness. Alluring in its youth but will reward those who resist temptation and explore the wine’s maturation potential.

Chameleon (Cabernet Sauvignon/Merlot): Rich plummy Merlot compliments the minty, blackcurrant flavours of Cabernet Sauvignon. Mulberry fruit of Cabernet Franc, peppered with spice, adds complexity to the blend.

Cobbler's Hill Reserve (Cabernet Sauvignon/Merlot): Complex dark chocolate, black cherry and cassis intertwine with opulent blackberry fruit, and hints of mint and toasty vanilla. This is a big mouthfilling wine, with densely layered ripe tannins, beautifully balanced and refined – the ultimate expression of the Jordan terroir.
Whites

Sauvignon Blanc: This tank-fermented Sauvignon Blanc is as full of energy as the team that produces it. Fig, gooseberry and asparagus flavours blend in a harmonious palate of youthful exuberance.

Chardonnay: A powerful expression of Chardonnay. Brimming with fruit flavour and elegance. A buttery toastiness from the oak rounds off the complex hazelnut and citrus flavours.
